    This website is run by Centro International de Agricultura Tropical (CIAT), member of the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT (visit the Alliance's website here), as a service to World Coffee Research (WCR, website see here). By using this website, the user consents and agrees to all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. If you do not agree with such Terms, please refrain from using the website.
  2. Modifications to Terms
    CIAT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

    CIAT, its partners and its authorized licensors are the owners of all rights and interests of all the content of the website, protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. This website includes brands, logos and trademarks, property of CIAT or which use was authorized to CIAT (e.g. by WCR). All these brands, logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.     The intellectual property rights of the ACLIMATAR module (‘My climate view – Single location’) and the website outline and structure is held by CIAT. WCR maintains the Intellectual property over the ‘Climate analogs’ and ‘Variety explorer’ module, as well as the data displayed. Else, CIAT reserves all rights not expressly granted, including but not limited to design, graphics, interfaces and code, and the selection and arrangement thereof.
